Your Rights
- Right to request access to personal data
  You are entitled to request access to your personal data that is processed by us and we shall revert within fourteen (14) working days upon receipt of such request.

- untuk memahami keperluan anda dan menawarkan produk serta perkhidmatan bagi memenuhi keperluan tersebut
- untuk penyelidikan dan pembangunan perkhidmatan demi kegunaan anda
- untuk menguatkuasakan hak dan kewajipan pihak lain kepada kami dan/atau ahli gabungan kami
- untuk menilai, memproses dan menyiasat risiko dan tuntutan
- untuk memenuhi keperluan undang-undang dan peraturan
- untuk menyelenggara dan menjaga pejabat dan sistem pelayan kami
- untuk pengurusan risiko termasuk pencegahan, pengesanan dan penyelidikan jenayah termasuk penipuan
- untuk kegunaan lain seperti yang dibenarkan atau diminta oleh undang-undang terpakai
- untuk semua tujuan yang berlainan dan berkaitan dengan mana-mana yang di atas.
Kami mengendalikan maklumat peribadi anda sebagai sulit dan persendirian. Kami tidak akan mendedahkan maklumat peribadi anda di luar SANSOLS kecuali dengan kebenaran anda untuk mendedahkan:
- kepada mana-mana ahli gabungan kami yang berada di dalam dan di luar Malaysia;
- kepada mana-mana ejen, kontraktor, pembekal, penyedia perkhidmatan, perunding professional (seperti peguam dan penasihat kewangan), juruaudit, dan pihak lain yang kami atau ahli gabungan gunakan dalam urusan perniagaan;
- mana-mana pemegang serah hak sebenar atau yang dicadangkan kami atau peserta, sub-peserta atau penerima pindahan hak-hak kami;
- rakan strategik untuk tujuan pemasaran dan promosi yang tertakluk dengan persetujuan anda;
- mana-mana pembubaran, penerima, penyewa rasmi atau sesiapa sahaja yang ditubuhkan di bawah undang-undang yang berkenaan atau perintah mahkamah yang berkaitan dengan kebankrapan, pemulihan, penyelesaian sehubungan dengan apa-apa individu atau syarikat;
- kepada pihak seperti kami atau ahli gabungan yang diperlukan semasa proses perundangan atau mengikut apa-apa kewajipan perundangan domestik atau luar, kawal selia, bursa saham, rumah penjelasan, atau permohonan oleh badan kawal selia sendiri, atau perjanjian antara mana-mana badan berkuasa kerajaan luar dan dalam negeri, atau antara dua atau lebih badan kerajaan serta badan berkuasa termasuk pendedahan kepada mahkamah, tribunal, undang-undang, peraturan, cukai dan pihak berkuasa kerajaan, bursa saham, rumah penjelasan dan badan kawal selia sendiri;
- mana-mana pihak yang dibenarkan oleh anda; dan
- kepada pihak yang dibenarkan atau diperlukan di bawah undang-undang Malaysia.
Kami akan mengumpul maklumat peribadi anda secara langsung pada bila-bila mana terpakai. Kami tidak akan mendedahkan maklumat peribadi anda (termasuk alamat e-mel anda) kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga dengan tujuan membenarkan mereka untuk memasarkan produk atau perkhidmatan mereka secara langsung kepada anda.
Kami mungkin berkongsi maklumat anda dengan penyedia perkhidmatan pihak ketiga yang dilantik yang mungkin menjalankan perkhidmatan atas nama kami untuk tujuan seperti yang dinyatakan dalam Dasar Privasi ini. Kami menggalakkan penyedia perkhidmatan pihak ketiga untuk menerimapakai dan menzahirkan dasar privasi mereka sendiri. Bagaimanapun, penggunaan data peribadi anda dikawal oleh dasar privasi pihak ketiga dan tidak tertakluk kepada kawalan kami.
Walaupun terdapat peruntukan di atas, sila ambil perhatian bahawa mungkin ada contoh di mana kami akan memproses data peribadi anda untuk kepentingan sah kami atau atas dasar alasan undang-undang lain tanpa perlu mendapatkan persetujuan anda atau tidak berkemungkinan bagi kami untuk mendapatkan persetujuan anda, contohnya, untuk mengesan penipuan.
- Data Peribadi Pihak Ketiga
  Di mana data peribadi yang kami proses ialah data peribadi pihak ketiga (yang merupakan orang sebenar atau individu) yang diperolehi, atau diberikan kepada kami melalui urusniaga (aktif atau disyorkan)/perhubungan anda dengan kami, anda mengesahkan bahawa pihak tersebut telah bersetuju untuk memproses data peribadi selaras dengan perjanjian ini dan mana-mana undang-undang yang terpakai dan anda akan memaklumkan mereka untuk melawat laman web / aplikasi mudah alih kami untuk melihat perjanjian ini.
- Maklumat pihak ketiga
  Pihak ketiga mungkin menyediakan maklumat yang dipaparkan di laman web / aplikasi mudah alih kami. Mana-mana maklumat pihak ketiga yang dipaparkan di laman web / aplikasi mudah alih kami, sekiranya ada, tidak semestinya disokong, disahkan, disyorkan atau dilesenkan oleh SANSOLS. Pihak ketiga perlu dihubungi secara langsung berkenaan apa-apa pertanyaan atau untuk maklumat lanjut pada laman web / dasar aplikasi mudah alih mereka.
- Capaian Pihak Ketiga
  Laman sesawang atau aplikasi mudah alih kami akan menyediakan capaian ke laman sesawang yang lain. SANSOLS tidak bertanggungjawab ke atas laman sesawang tersebut. SANSOLS tidak menyokong dan tidak bertanggungjawab untuk mana-mana laman web tersebut atau maklumat, bahan, produk atau perkhidmatan yang terkandung atau boleh diakses melalui laman web lain tersebut. Sila ambil perhatian bahawa data peribadi anda diperlukan bagi SANSOLS untuk melaksanakan tujuan yang dinyatakan di atas. Kegagalan untuk memberikan data peribadi tersebut akan menyebabkan:
  - SANSOLS tidak dapat memberi perkhidmatan kepada anda;
  - SANSOLS tidak dapat memberi bahan pemasaran dan promosi kepada anda;
  - SANSOLS tidak dapat berhubung untuk menyampaikan notis, perkhidmatan nilai tambah dan pengemaskinian.
Hak Anda
- Hak untuk mengakses data peribadi
  Anda mempunyai hak untuk memohon akses kepada data peribadi anda yang diproses oleh kami dan kami akan memberi maklum balas dalam tempoh empat belas (14) hari kerja selepas menerima permohonan tersebut.
- Hak untuk memperbetulkan data peribadi
  Anda mempunyai hak untuk memohon memperbetulkan data peribadi anda yang diproses oleh kami dengan sebab yang munasabah seperti:
  - pembetulan dan / atau kemas kini data peribadi anda yang tidak tepat, tidak lengkap atau tidak terkini;
  - permohonan untuk penyimpanan data peribadi anda hanya selama mana yang diperlukan untuk memenuhi tujuan yang dinyatakan di atas;
  - permohonan untuk menarik balik (sepenuhnya atau sebahagian) persetujuan anda yang sebelumnya diberikan kepada kami tertakluk kepada sekatan undang-undang yang berkenaan, syarat-syarat Dasar Polisi, dan tempoh yang mencukupi untuk penarikan persetujuan yang akan dibuat. Dalam hal ini, bergantung kepada sejauh mana anda menarik balik persetujuan kami untuk memproses data peribadi anda, ia mungkin bermakna bahawa kami tidak akan dapat terus menyediakan perkhidmatan kami kepada anda. Dalam apa-apa jua kes, penarikan persetujuan anda tidak akan menjejaskan kesahihan pemprosesan data peribadi anda berdasarkan persetujuan anda pada sebelum pencarian.
Penyimpanan Data Peribadi
Semua data peribadi yang anda berikan kepada kami akan disimpan untuk tempoh atau jangka masa yang diperlukan sepanjang urusniaga anda dengan kami. Data peribadi anda akan dihapuskan daripada simpanan dan sistem kami sekiranya tidak lagi diperlukan mengikut dasar penyimpanan data kami atau tidak diperlukan lagi untuk pengoperasian, perundangan, peraturan, percukaian atau perakaunan.
Data Peribadi dari Minoriti dan Individu Lain
Mengenai data peribadi keluarga anda, pasangan dan/atau tanggungan yang anda berikan atau akan beri, anda mengesahkan bahawa anda telah menjelaskan kepada mereka bahawa data peribadi mereka telah diberikan dan diproses oleh kami dan anda memberi jaminan serta mendapat persetujuan mereka untuk pemprosesan data (termasuk penzahiran dan pemindahan) data peribadi selaras dengan dasar ini. Berkenaan dengan golongan minoriti (individu di bawah umur 18 tahun) dan/atau individu yang tidak sah di sisi undang-undang untuk memberi keputusan, anda mengesahkan bahawa anda diberi kuasa untuk bertindak bagi pihak mereka, untuk bersetuju atas nama mereka untuk pemprosessan (termasuk penzahiran dan pemindahan) data peribadi mereka berpandukan dasar ini.
Pemindahan Data Peribadi Ke Luar Malaysia
Selain itu, kami mungkin mempunyai keperluan untuk memindahkan data peribadi anda ke luar Malaysia jika mana-mana anak syarikat, pembekal perkhidmatan atau ejen kami terletak di luar Malaysia. Anda memberi persetujuan kepada kami untuk memindahkan maklumat peribadi anda di luar Malaysia jika ia diperlukan dalam perkhidmatan kami. Kami akan mengambil langkah-langkah yang diperlukan untuk memastikan bahawa mana-mana anak syarikat, pembekal atau ejen tersebut terikat secara kontrak untuk tidak menggunakan data peribadi anda untuk apa-apa sebab selain daripada menyediakan perkhidmatan yang dinyatakan, untuk kepentingan melindungi data peribadi anda.
Fail Log
Apabila anda mengakses laman web/aplikasi mudah alih ini, kami akan membuat rekod alamat pelayan anda, nama domain, jenis pelayar, tarikh, masa dan tempoh lawatan anda, halaman yang anda pernah akses dan laman web/aplikasi yang pernah anda lawati. Maklumat ini dikumpulkan untuk tujuan statistik dan keselamatan. Jika anda menghubungi kami melalui laman web / aplikasi mudah alih kami, kami akan memohon anda untuk memberikan nama anda, alamat e-mel dan maklumat lain mengenai anda untuk kegunaan yang praktikal dan berguna. Kami juga boleh mengumpul maklumat lain daripada anda secara sukarela.
Kuki
Pelayar web anda mungkin menerima kuki daripada pelayan web kami untuk tujuan fungsi dan keselamatan. Kuki ialah fail maklumat kecil yang memantau lawatan anda ke laman web ini / aplikasi mudah alih. Kuki ini disimpan dalam pemacu keras anda kecuali anda memilih untuk memadamkannya. Kebanyakan pelayar web membolehkan anda memadam kuki pada komputer anda. Walau bagaimanapun, sila ambil perhatian bahawa sekiranya anda menyahaktifkan kuki, anda mungkin tidak dapat menggunakan laman web / aplikasi mudah alih kami sepenuhnya dan secara optimal. Laman web / aplikasi mudah alih kami tidak menyimpan apa-apa maklumat pengenalan peribadi dalam kuki. Kami menggunakan kuki untuk memudahkan lawatan ke laman web/aplikasi mudah alih dan laman web rakan kongsi kami.
Integriti Data
Ketepatan maklumat peribadi anda adalah penting bagi kami. Kami menganggap bahawa maklumat yang anda berikan adalah tepat, terkini dan lengkap kecuali anda memaklumkan kepada kami yang sebaliknya.
Sekiranya anda memberikan apa-apa maklumat pihak ketiga kepada kami yang tidak terhad kepada majikan, rakan kongsi, maklumat keluarga, kami meyakini bahawa maklumat tersebut adalah tepat, terkini serta lengkap dan diyakini bahawa anda telah memperoleh persetujuan yang diperlukan untuk pendedahan.
Sila hubungi kami jika anda hendak mengemaskini atau mengubah maklumat peribadi anda dan/atau maklumat pihak ketiga yang telah anda berikan kepada kami sekiranya anda mengetahui bahawa maklumat yang kami simpan tersebut adalah maklumat lama, tidak tepat atau tidak lengkap.
Maklumat Sensitif
Kami tidak mengumpul, menggunakan atau mendedahkan maklumat sensitif mengenai anda (seperti kesihatan fizikal atau mental atau keadaan, pendapat politik, kepercayaan agama atau keyakinan lain yang serupa, perbuatan atau tuduhan melakukan apa-apa jenayah) melainkan dengan persetujuan anda secara jelas, atau di mana pemprosesan sedemikian diperlukan dalam urusan yang berkaitan dengan pekerjaan, untuk melindungi kepentingan, untuk tujuan perubatan, prosedur undang-undang atau untuk nasihat perundangan, pentadbiran keadilan atau untuk melaksanakan sebarang fungsi yang diberikan oleh undang-undang atau apabila maklumat sensitif tersebut sudah diketahui awam.
Akses dan Pembetulan
Anda boleh, tanpa sebarang caj, membuat permohonan kepada kami secara bertulis untuk mengakses atau membetulkan maklumat peribadi yang kami simpan tentang anda pada bila-bila masa, melainkan akses atau pembetulan tersebut tidak dapat dilaksanakan atau dibenarkan oleh undang-undang. Walau bagaimanapun, kami mungkin mengenakan bayaran kepada anda untuk menampung kos pengambilan semula, pembetulan dan sebarang kos pentadbiran.
Pemilikan Maklumat
SANSOLS mengumpul semua maklumat yang anda berikan melalui laman web/aplikasi mudah alih dan untuk mengelakkan sebarang keraguan, SANSOLS ialah pemilik tunggal maklumat laman web/aplikasi mudah alih ini. Sekiranya anda memberikan kami maklumat peribadi, ini bermakna anda memberi kuasa kepada kami untuk menggunakan maklumat ini secara jelas mengikut Dasar Privasi dan Terma dan Syarat. Jika anda memberikan kami maklumat lain seperti cadangan tentang laman web/aplikasi mudah alih atau produk, perkhidmatan, atau sebarang cadangan, data atau idea lain, semua maklumat tersebut akan menjadi milik kami dan boleh digunakan dan/atau didedahkan oleh kami dalam apa-apa jua cara yang kami pilih, tanpa membayar sebarang pampasan dan/atau ganjaran kepada anda.
Perubahan kepada Dasar Privasi
Kami berhak untuk menukar, mengubah atau menyemak Dasar Privasi ini dari masa ke masa. Sekiranya kami menukar, mengubah atau menyemak Perjanjian Pengguna ini, kami akan memaparkan kenyataan pengubahsuaian di laman web / aplikasi mudah alih. Semua perubahan berkuatkuasa dari masa penyiaran di laman web / aplikasi mudah alih kami. Ia adalah tanggungjawab anda untuk memeriksa secara berkala untuk apa-apa perubahan yang kami lakukan kepada Perjanjian Pengguna ini atau sebahagian daripadanya. Penggunaan berterusan laman web/aplikasi mudah alih anda selepas penyiaran tersebut membawa makna bahawa anda menerima perubahan, modifikasi atau penyesuaian (sebagaimana yang berlaku) kepada Perjanjian Pengguna ini tanpa sekatan atau kualifikasi.
Penamatan
SANSOLS boleh, mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya, dengan atau tanpa notis, menangguhkan atau menamatkan penggunaan anda terhadap laman web/aplikasi mudah alih kami atas apa-apa sebab sekali pun, termasuk tidak terhad kepada pelanggaran terma perjanjian ini. SANSOLS tidak akan bertanggungjawab dalam apa-apa jua cara sekalipun atas apa-apa penangguhan, penamatan atau larangan akses masa hadapan ke laman web/aplikasi mudah alih kami.
Indemniti
Anda dengan ini bersetuju untuk melepaskan, mempertahankan dan melindungi SANSOLS, sekutunya, Lembaga pengarah, pegawai, ejen, pekerja, rakan kongsi penyumbang dan pembekal daripada apa-apa liabiliti, kerugian, tuntutan, permintaan, dan kos (termasuk yuran peguam yang munasabah) yang berkaitan dengan (a) penggunaan lam web/aplikasi mudah alih kami; atau (b) pelanggaran Dasar Privasi.
Kewajipan indemniti ini akan terpakai untuk Terma Perkhidmatan dan penggunaan SANSOLS anda.
Pengemaskinian Dasar Privasi
Kami boleh mengemas kini Dasar Privasi ini dari semasa ke semasa dengan memaparkannya di laman web/aplikasi mudah alih kami atau mana-mana kaedah lain yang bersesuaian. Sila semak perjanjian ini secara berkala di laman web/aplikasi mudah alih kami untuk pengemaskinian.
Dasar Privasi ini tidak bertujuan, dan tidak juga mewujudkan sebarang hak kontraktual, dan juga tidak mewujudkan apa-apa kewajipan kontraktual kepada SANSOLS, terhadap mana-mana pihak lain atau bagi pihak mana-mana.
Bidang Kuasa
Dengan mengakses laman sesawang ini dan/atau menggunakan perkhidmatan yang disediakan oleh SANSOLS, anda dengan ini bersetuju dengan bidang kuasa eksklusif Mahkamah di Malaysia di Kuala Lumpur, dalam semua pertikaian yang timbul daripada atau berkaitan dengan penggunaan laman sesawang ini.

Aplikasi Web

Kami menghormati privasi pengguna kami. Dasar privasi ini (selanjutnya dirujuk sebagai “Dasar Privasi”) menjelaskan bagaimana kami mengumpul, menggunakan, mendedahkan, dan melindungi maklumat anda apabila anda melawat aplikasi web kami (selepas ini dirujuk sebagai “Aplikasi”). Sila baca Dasar Privasi ini dengan teliti. JIKA ANDA TIDAK BERSETUJU DENGAN SYARAT-SYARAT DASAR PRIVASI INI, SILA JANGAN AKSES APLIKASI INI.

Kami berhak untuk membuat perubahan kepada Dasar Privasi ini pada bila-bila masa dan untuk sebarang sebab. Kami akan memaklumkan anda tentang sebarang perubahan dengan mengemas kini tarikh "Telah Dikemaskini" pada Dasar Privasi ini. Anda digalakkan untuk menyemak Dasar Privasi ini secara berkala untuk kekal maklum tentang sebarang perubahan. Anda dianggap telah ambil maklum tentang, akan terikat pada, dan dianggap menerima perubahan dalam Dasar Privasi yang disemak semula dengan penggunaan berterusan anda terhadap Aplikasi selepas tarikh Dasar Privasi yang disemak semula tersebut dipaparkan.

Dasar Privasi ini tidak terpakai kepada kedai dalam talian pihak ketiga dari mana anda memasang Aplikasi, termasuk sebarang item maya dalam permainan, yang juga mungkin mengumpul dan menggunakan data tentang anda. Kami tidak bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang data yang dikumpulkan oleh pihak ketiga tersebut.

Pengumpulan Maklumat Anda
Kami mungkin mengumpul maklumat tentang anda dalam pelbagai cara seperti yang disenaraikan di bawah. Maklumat yang kami kumpulkan melalui Aplikasi bergantung kepada kandungan dan bahan yang anda gunakan termasuk:
- Data Peribadi
  Maklumat demografi dan lain-lain yang boleh dikenali secara peribadi (seperti nama dan alamat e-mel anda) yang anda berikan secara sukarela kepada kami apabila memilih untuk menyertai pelbagai aktiviti yang berkaitan dengan Aplikasi, seperti sembang, memposting mesej dalam bahagian komen atau dalam forum kami, menyukai hantaran pos, menghantar maklum balas, dan menjawab tinjauan. Sila ambil maklum bahawa sekiranya anda memilih untuk berkongsi data peribadi melalui profil, sembang dalam talian, atau mana-mana medan interaktif Aplikasi di ruangan awam, data anda boleh diakses oleh mana-mana pihak yang mempunyai akses ke Aplikasi tersebut.
- Data Derivatif
  Maklumat yang dikumpul oleh pelayan kami secara automatic melalui log fail pelayan apabila anda mengakses Aplikasi untuk semua tujuan yang penting untuk penggunaan Aplikasi seperti menyukai hantaran pos, menghantar atau memberi maklum balas dan apa-apa interaksi di Aplikasi.
- Data dari Rangkaian Sosial
  Maklumat pengguna dari laman rangkaian sosial, termasuk nama anda, nama pengguna rangkaian sosial anda, lokasi, jantina, tarikh lahir, alamat e-mel, gambar profil, dan data awam untuk kenalan, jika anda menghubungkan akaun anda dengan rangkaian sosial tersebut. Maklumat ini juga mungkin termasuk maklumat hubungan sesiapa sahaja yang anda jemput untuk menggunakan dan/atau menyertai Aplikasi.
- Maklumat Geo-Lokasi
  Kami mungkin meminta akses atau kebenaran untuk menjejak maklumat berasaskan lokasi dari peranti anda, sama ada secara berterusan atau semasa anda menggunakan Aplikasi, untuk menyediakan perkhidmatan berasaskan lokasi. Jika anda ingin mengubah akses atau kebenaran kami, anda boleh melakukannya dalam tetapan peranti anda.
Penggunaan Maklumat Anda
Maklumat yang tepat tentang anda membolehkan kami memberikan pengalaman yang lancar, cekap, dan disesuaikan. Secara khusus, kami mungkin menggunakan maklumat yang dikumpulkan tentang anda melalui Aplikasi untuk:
- Mencipta dan mengurus akaun anda.
- Mengumpulkan data statistik dan analisis awanama untuk kegunaan dalaman.
- Menghantar e-mel kepada anda mengenai akaun atau pesanan anda.
- Memudahkan komunikasi antara pengguna.
- Meningkatkan kecekapan dan operasi Aplikasi.
- Meminta maklum balas dan menghubungi anda mengenai penggunaan Aplikasi.
- Menyelesaikan pertikaian dan menyelesaikan masalah.
- Memohon sokongan untuk Aplikasi.
- Melaksanakan dan menguruskan transaksi yang berkaitan dengan Aplikasi.
- Menjana profil peribadi tentang anda untuk menjadikan lawatan masa depan ke Aplikasi lebih peribadi.
- Memantau dan menganalisis penggunaan dan trend untuk meningkatkan pengalaman anda dengan Aplikasi.
- Memberitahu anda tentang kemas kini kepada Aplikasi
Pendedahan Maklumat Anda
Kami mungkin berkongsi maklumat yang telah kami kumpulkan tentang anda dalam situasi tertentu. Maklumat anda boleh didedahkan seperti berikut:
- Mengikut Undang-Undang atau untuk Melindungi Hak
  Jika kami secara munasabah percaya bahawa pelepasan maklumat tentang anda adalah perlu untuk menjawab proses undang-undang, menyiasat atau memperbaiki potensi pelanggaran terhadap polisi kami, atau untuk melindungi hak, harta, dan keselamatan orang lain, kami mungkin berkongsi maklumat anda seperti yang dibenarkan atau diperlukan oleh mana-mana undang-undang, peraturan, atau penguatkuasaan yang berkenaan. Ini termasuk pertukaran maklumat dengan entiti lain untuk perlindungan daripada penipuan dan pengurangan risiko kredit
- Penyedia Perkhidmatan Pihak Ketiga
  Kami mungkin berkongsi maklumat anda dengan pihak ketiga yang melaksanakan perkhidmatan untuk kami atau bagi pihak kami, termasuk pemprosesan pembayaran, analisis data, penghantaran e-mel, perkhidmatan hosting, khidmat pelanggan, dan bantuan pemasaran.
- Komunikasi Pemasaran
  Dengan persetujuan anda, atau dengan peluang untuk anda menarik balik persetujuan, kami mungkin berkongsi maklumat anda dengan pihak ketiga untuk tujuan pemasaran, seperti yang dibenarkan oleh undang-undang.
- Interaksi dengan Pengguna Lain
  Jika anda berinteraksi dengan pengguna lain dalam Aplikasi, pengguna tersebut mungkin dapat melihat nama anda, foto profil, dan deskripsi aktiviti anda, termasuk menghantar jemputan kepada pengguna lain, bersembang dengan pengguna lain, menyukai pos, dan mengikuti blog.
- Penulisan Dalam Talian
  Apabila anda menghantar komen, sumbangan atau kandungan lain ke Aplikasi, pos anda mungkin dilihat oleh semua pengguna dan mungkin diedarkan secara awam di luar Aplikasi secara kekal.
- Pengiklan Pihak Ketiga
  Kami mungkin menggunakan syarikat pengiklanan pihak ketiga untuk menayangkan iklan apabila anda melawati Aplikasi. SYSTEM ENTRY AGREEMENT DECLARATION

PLEASE READ THIS USER AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE Sarawakian And Non-Sarawakian Online Labour System (hereinafter referred to as “SANSOLS system”). BY USING THE SANSOLS SYSTEM, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE SANSOLS SYSTEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SANSOLS SYSTEM.

General
- The SANSOLS system may be updated or replaced by feature enhancements, software updates, security responses, system files, or system restore software. SANSOLS retains ownership of the system itself and reserves all rights not expressly granted to you. You agree that the terms of this system will apply and you agree that the terms will govern your use of the SANSOLS System.
- SANSOLS, at its discretion, may make future system changes (hereinafter referred to as “System Changes”). The System Changes, if any, may not necessarily include all existing features or new features. The terms of this SANSOLS system will govern any changes by SANSOLS.
- Title and intellectual property rights in and to any content displayed by or accessed through the SANSOLS system belongs to the respective content owner. Such content may be protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties, and may be subject to terms of use of the third party providing such content. Except as otherwise provided herein, this does not grant you any rights to use such content nor does it guarantee that such content will continue to be available to you.
- System Requirements. Please note that the SANSOLS System is supported on hardware that meets specified system requirements as indicated by SANSOLS. In addition, use of and access to certain features of the SANSOLS System may require you to apply for a unique username and password combination.
Content Caching Features
- Certain features of the SANSOLS System may automatically download and locally cache content (“hereinafter referred to as “Content””) on your computer. You agree that the SANSOLS System may download and cache such Content.
- The Content Caching Features are used solely for purposes of expediting the delivery of such content to authorised end users.
- You acknowledge and agree that all use of the Content is subject to the applicable terms that govern the type of Content being cached. You acknowledge and agree that the use of the Content Caching Features and storage of Content does not transfer to you any rights beyond those granted to you for the Content and shall not constitute a grant, waiver, or other limitation of any rights of SANSOLS or any other copyright owners in any SANSOLS Content.
- By enabling the Content Caching Features of the SANSOLS System, you agree that SANSOLS may store, monitor, and secure the SANSOLS Content, and may collect and use technical information about your computer and related networks, including but not limited to, hardware identifiers and IP addresses, for such purposes. You agree not to disable, disrupt, hack, circumvent, or otherwise interfere with SANSOLS’ verification, storage or authentication mechanisms, digital signing, digital rights management, or other security mechanisms implemented in or by the SANSOLS System, services, the SANSOLS Content, or to enable others to do so.
- SANSOLS reserves the right to stop making SANSOLS Content available for caching on your computer (e.g., some Content that you may have previously cached may not be available for subsequent caching) and to remove any cached Content from your computer at any time in its sole discretion, and SANSOLS shall have no liability to you in such event. You understand that such caching of SANSOLS Content may not be available in all countries or regions. You may remove the cached SANSOLS Eligible Content and disable the Content Caching Features at any time.
- Other Use Restrictions. You agree not to remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices (including trademark and copyright notices) that may be affixed to or contained within the SANSOLS System.
- No Reverse Engineering. You may not, and you agree not to or enable others to, copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, decrypt, modify, or create derivative works of the SANSOLS System or any part thereof.
- Compliance with Laws. You agree to use the SANSOLS System in compliance with all applicable laws, including local laws of the country or region in which you reside or in which you use the SANSOLS System. Features of the SANSOLS System may not be available in all languages or regions and some features may vary by region. An Internet connection is required for the SANSOLS System.
- Third Party Software. SANSOLS has provided and may provide as an upgrade, update or supplement to the SANSOLS System, access to certain third party services. To the extent that the SANSOLS System contains or provides access to any third party services, SANSOLS has no express or implied obligation to provide any technical or other support for such services. Please contact the appropriate software vendor, manufacturer or service provider directly for technical support and customer service related to its software, service and/or products.
- SANSOLS System Changes. The SANSOLS System will periodically check for System Changes. If a change is available, the change may automatically download and install onto your computer and, if applicable, your peripheral devices. By using the SANSOLS System, you agree that SANSOLS may download and install automatic SANSOLS System Changes onto your computer and your peripheral devices. You can turn off automatic operating system updates at any time by adjusting the settings.
- Consent to Use of Data. When you use the various communication features of the SANSOLS System with your computer, the information you provide, your email address(es), certain unique identifiers for your computer and your phone’s registered telephone number are sent to SANSOLS in order to allow others to reach you. SANSOLS may hold your messages in encrypted form for a limited period of time in order to ensure their delivery. Certain features may require information from your computer to provide their respective functions. When you turn on or use these features, details will be provided regarding what information is sent to SANSOLS and how the information may be used. At all times your information will be treated in accordance with the SANSOLS Privacy Policy.
Services and Third Party Materials
- General. The SANSOLS System may enable access to third party services and web sites (collectively and individually, “Services”). Use of these Services requires Internet access and use of certain Services may require you to accept additional terms and may be subject to additional fees. By using this SANSOLS system or other SANSOLS Services, you agree to the applicable terms of service for that Service, the latest terms and conditions for the Services for the country or region in which you access such Services.
- You understand that by using any of the Services, you may encounter content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, or objectionable, which content may or may not be identified as having explicit language, and that the results of any search or entering of a particular URL may automatically and unintentionally generate links or references to objectionable material. Nevertheless, you agree to use the Services at your sole risk and that SANSOLS, its affiliates, agents, principals, or licensors shall have no liability to you for content that may be found to be offensive, indecent, or objectionable.
- Certain Services may display, include or make available content, data, information, applications or materials from third parties (“Third Party Materials”) or provide links to certain third party web sites. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that SANSOLS is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality or any other aspect of such Third Party Materials or web sites. SANSOLS, its officers, affiliates and subsidiaries do not warrant or endorse and do not assume and will not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person for any third-party Services, Third Party Materials or web sites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third parties.
- To the extent that you upload any content through the use of the Services, you represent that you own all rights in, or have authorisation or are otherwise legally permitted to upload, such content and that such content does not violate any terms of service applicable to the Services. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services, in any manner, and you shall not exploit the Services in any unauthorised way whatsoever, including but not limited to, using the Services to transmit any computer viruses, worms, trojan horses or other malware, or by trespass or burdening network capacity. You further agree not to use the Services in any manner to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, defame or otherwise infringe or violate the rights of any other party, and that SANSOLS is not in any way responsible for any such use by you, nor for any harassing, threatening, defamatory, offensive, infringing or illegal messages or transmissions that you may receive as a result of using any of the Services.
- In addition, such Services and Third Party Materials may not be available in all languages or in all countries or regions. SANSOLS makes no representation that such Services and Third Party Materials are appropriate or available for use in any particular location. To the extent you choose to use or access such Services or Third Party Materials, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any applicable laws, including but not limited to applicable local laws and privacy and data collection laws. SANSOLS and its affiliates reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any Services at any time without notice. In no event will SANSOLS be liable for the removal of or disabling of access to any such Services. SANSOLS may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain Services, in any case and without notice or liability.
Termination
The SANSOLS System is effective until terminated. Your rights for the SANSOLS system will terminate automatically or otherwise cease to be effective without notice from SANSOLS if you fail to comply with any term(s) of the SANSOLS System. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the SANSOLS System.
Disclaimer of Warranties.
- YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, USE OF THE SANSOLS SYSTEM AND ANY SERVICES PERFORMED BY OR ACCESSED THROUGH THE SANSOLS SYSTEM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND THAT THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO SATISFACTORY QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY AND EFFORT IS WITH YOU.
- SANSOLS DOES NOT WARRANT AGAINST INTERFERENCE WITH YOUR ENJOYMENT OF THE SANSOLS SYSTEM AND SERVICES, THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN, NOR DOES IT WARRANT THAT SERVICES PERFORMED OR PROVIDED BY, THE SANSOLS SYSTEM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SANSOLS SYSTEM AND SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY SERVICES WILL CONTINUE TO BE MADE AVAILABLE, THAT DEFECTS IN THE SANSOLS SYSTEM OR SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SANSOLS SYSTEM OR SERVICES WILL BE COMPATIBLE OR WORK WITH ANY THIRD PARTY SYSTEM, APPLICATIONS OR THIRD PARTY SERVICES. INSTALLATION OF THIS SANSOLS SYSTEM MAY AFFECT THE AVAILABILITY AND USABILITY OF THIRD PARTY SYSTEMS, APPLICATIONS OR THIRD PARTY SERVICES, AS WELL AS SANSOLS PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SANSOLS, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS OR PRINCIPALS, BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, CORRUPTION OR LOSS OF DATA, FAILURE TO TRANSMIT OR RECEIVE ANY DATA OR INFORMATION (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION COURSE INSTRUCTIONS, ASSIGNMENTS AND MATERIALS), BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SANSOLS SYSTEM OR SERVICES OR ANY THIRD PARTY SYSTEM, APPLICATIONS OR SERVICES IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SANSOLS SYSTEM OR SERVICES, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF SANSOLS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Digital Certificates
The SANSOLS System contains functionality that allows it to accept digital certificates. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR DECIDING WHETHER OR NOT TO RELY ON A CERTIFICATE WHETHER ISSUED BY SANSOLS OR A THIRD PARTY. YOUR USE OF DIGITAL CERTIFICATES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SANSOLS MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, SECURITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS WITH RESPECT TO DIGITAL CERTIFICATES.
You agree that (a) you will not falsify or misuse any digital certificate; (b) you will use digital certificates for legal purposes only and in accordance with any applicable Certificate Policy, Certificate Practice Statement or other Certificate Authority business practice disclosures; (c) you are solely responsible for preventing any unauthorised user from making use of your digital certificates; (d) you are solely responsible for preventing any unauthorised user from making use of the private key associated with your digital certificate; and (e) you will revoke any of your digital certificates that you have reason to believe have been compromised.
Controlling Law and Severability.
The SANSOLS System will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Entire Agreement and Governing Language
This User Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and SANSOLS relating to the SANSOLS System and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter. No amendment to or modification of this User Agreement will be binding unless in writing and signed by SANSOLS. Any translation of this User Agreement into a non- English language is as required by the laws of Malaysia and in the event of a dispute between the English and any non-English versions, the English version of this User Agreement shall govern, to the extent not prohibited by local law in your jurisdiction.
Third Party Acknowledgements
- Portions of the SANSOLS System may utilise or include third party software and other copyrighted material. Acknowledgements, licensing terms and disclaimers for such material are contained in the electronic documentation for the SANSOLS System, and your use of such material is governed by their respective terms.
- Certain software libraries and other third party software included with the SANSOLS System are free software and licensed under the terms of the GNU General Public Licence (GPL) or the GNU Library/Lesser General Public Licence (LGPL), as the case may be. You may obtain a complete machine readable copy of the source code for such free software under the terms of the GPL or LGPL, as the case may be, without charge except for the cost of media, shipping, and handling, upon written request to SANSOLS. The GPL/LGPL software is distributed in the hope that it will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
SANSOLS’ Relationship With You
SANSOLS does not process payments, or have any other control over payments, returns, refunds, rewards, value, discounts, orders, order fulfilment, or other commerce activity that may arise out of your use of the SANSOLS System.
The terms and conditions of cardholder agreements you may have in place with your card issuer will continue to govern your use of your supported cards (“Supported Card”) and their use. Similarly, your purchase of any goods or services feature will be subject to the applicable merchant’s terms and conditions.
Nothing in the agreement modifies the terms of any cardholder or merchant agreement that you may have.
You agree that SANSOLS is not a party to your cardholder or merchant agreements, nor is SANSOLS responsible for the (a) content, accuracy or unavailability of any payment cards, commerce activities, transactions, purchases, orders, order fulfilment, or receipts; (b) issuance of credit or assessing eligibility for credit; (c) activities of issuers, merchants, or other third parties related to your use of SANSOLS; (d) provisioning decisions made by an issuer, merchant, or other third party in connection with a Supported Card; (e) accrual or redemption of rewards or stored value under a merchant’s program; or (f) funding or reloading of prepaid cards. For all disputes or questions about payment cards or associated commerce activity, please contact your issuer or the applicable merchant.
Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your devices in relation to the access and use of the SANSOLS System. You agree that SANSOLS does not have any responsibility if you lose or share access to your device, or if you make unauthorised modifications to the SANSOLS System.
If your device is lost or stolen you can attempt to suspend the ability to pay with the device. If you report such loss or theft or SANSOLS suspects fraudulent or abusive activity, you agree to cooperate with SANSOLS in any investigation and to use any fraud prevention measures we prescribe.
Limitation of Liability
IN ADDITION TO THE DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SET FORTH, SANSOLS DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY FOR PURCHASES, PAYMENTS, TRANSACTIONS, ORDERS, ORDER FULFILMENT, RECEIPT INFORMATION, OR OTHER COMMERCE ACTIVITY MADE USING THE SANSOLS SYSTEM, AND YOU AGREE TO LOOK SOLELY TO AGREEMENTS YOU MAY HAVE WITH YOUR CARD ISSUER, PAYMENT NETWORK, OR MERCHANT TO RESOLVE ANY QUESTIONS OR DISPUTES RELATING TO YOUR SUPPORTED CARDS, VIRTUAL SUPPORTED CARDS AND ASSOCIATED COMMERCE ACTIVITY .
